This issue has not been resolved as of yet! I have paid 19.99 for November and December and was promised that it would be resolved back in October 2025!
I have been paying 9.99 a month and now it is forcing me to choose a higher plan since renewal of credit card. I sent an email to the support team and was assisted by a rep. He provided a credit and told me that November my monthly charge would return to the 9.99 opposed to the 19.99 that I have paid 11/25 and 12/25. I sent email and I have not gotten a response yet! I provided proof as requested and still I wait! I will have to start contacting agencies to help in this matter!
