I can't cancel my subscription even if I tried, until I reach them by email. They blame me do not cancelling my plan on time, but their cancel function wasn't working. If I could cancel by myself why do I have to email you to request it? Instead of admitting their system has a problem, they refuse to refund. They said the history didn't show I did cancel, of course it didn't. If it worked, I didn't have to contact customer service for cancellation.
