Incredibly fast! I started this refi with a phone call on Saturday, March 14th. I turned in the requested Docs on Sunday, March, 15th. The appraisal was done on Tuesday, March 16th. I was asked for one additional Doc. My loan closed on Wednesday, March 24th. That is 8 business days from start to finish. Incredibly fast!
