The company has not managed to replace our faulty front door after fourteen months of consistent emails to the support team. Our front door is significantly warped, leading to issues with locking, sound insulation, and heat insulation, and, most concerning, it does not comply with fire safety standards. The company agreed to replace the door in October 2024. Despite our regular emails, we receive the same reply each time, stating they will forward our concern to the site team, who never reach out to us. We find ourselves emailing repeatedly. It feels like the support team is trying to dismiss our concerns, hoping we will relent and accept an unsafe door. This lengthy delay for a straightforward door replacement is unacceptable. We anticipate a generic reply from the company to this review, claiming they are addressing our issue. Clearly, they are not, and they should focus on resolving our problem without further procrastination.
