From the minute we walked in the door at CALA Lathalan Grange, even when we were not even sure we could afford a home, the CALA sales staff were kind and considerate at every stage. The sales team are exceptional and knew their stuff with regards to time frames and regulations which kept us on track the moment we initiated our sale.
Diane and Helen who were our points of contact kept us in the loop at every development. One particular point that was incredible was the ability to show us our home at various stages of completion. This made us feel like we were part of the construction process and kept us excited about our new home.
Even on our move in date we were met with hugs and dog treats (for our westie pup) and we couldn't be happier with the build. All elements of our new home were explained to us with an extensive demo from Anne and our Site Manager Marton. They made it clear that if we needed anything at all they would be there to fix it. I can confirm of the small snags we've pointed out they've been dealt with immediately and without delay.

Visited Ballagan Woods Killearn to view the new houses being built. We were met by Vickie, your on site representative who showed us around the show houses. We were very impressed by Vickie who was very knowledgeable with regard to all aspects of the build.

Reported an issue to Cala Customer services about an issue with my heating. Had someone at my door within the hour who got the heating on and issue was permanently resolved the next day. Great service so far.
Connor did a fantastic job with our painting following our 2 year snag. He was very friendly and accommodating ensuring we still had rooms to use while our whole house was re-painted.
The company has not managed to replace our faulty front door after fourteen months of consistent emails to the support team. Our front door is significantly warped, leading to issues with locking, sound insulation, and heat insulation, and, most concerning, it does not comply with fire safety standards. The company agreed to replace the door in October 2024. Despite our regular emails, we receive the same reply each time, stating they will forward our concern to the site team, who never reach out to us. We find ourselves emailing repeatedly. It feels like the support team is trying to dismiss our concerns, hoping we will relent and accept an unsafe door. This lengthy delay for a straightforward door replacement is unacceptable. We anticipate a generic reply from the company to this review, claiming they are addressing our issue. Clearly, they are not, and they should focus on resolving our problem without further procrastination.
We recently had a wonderful representative who came to our property in a local area to refine some plaster work and painting. He performed exceptionally well and is a true asset to the company. We would highly recommend him. Sarah and Lee
