I had brought several of Professional Serum. Two (in a year) came out - in color and smell - as off/not like the others.
I had been in a hospital for a while at this time, so doing this when I came out was a struggle. I keep writing to the company about what happened. The customer service kept telling me the rancid color/smell was normal ... but I knew it was not. In the end, it was too much. I gave up ... Calecim is expensive so to be treated in this way. Sad.
