I had brought several of Professional Serum. Two (in a year) came out - in color and smell - as off/not like the others.
I had been in a hospital for a while at this time, so doing this when I came out was a struggle. I keep writing to the company about what happened. The customer service kept telling me the rancid color/smell was normal ... but I knew it was not. In the end, it was too much. I gave up ... Calecim is expensive so to be treated in this way. Sad.
After completing three full rounds, I can confidently say this system is a total failure that provides no advantages. Rather than promoting hair regrowth, this harsh formula actually caused my existing hair to thin and led to a painful skin reaction during my third cycle. This product is a harmful irritant pretending to be a remedy. Protect your finances and well-being by steering clear of this costly scam.

My order of around $300 faced delays without any prior notification. I only discovered the issue after reaching out to the company for an update. Even then, I received no shipping email from them; the only notification came from the delivery service. The order was eventually shipped in multiple packages requiring a signature, with no option to redirect or manage delivery due to restrictions. This was particularly inconvenient during the holiday season. I waited at home, but there was no delivery, only a notice stating they missed me. Redelivery is scheduled while I’ll be away, and I can’t request a hold, so there’s a significant risk I might not receive my order. In my view, only the serum is worth purchasing; the rest were underwhelming for the price, making the overall experience harder to justify. Given the poor communication, delivery risks, and lack of flexibility, I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

I placed my order on November 22nd. I received tracking information, but the item has been stuck with the delivery service since November 25th. Despite multiple attempts to get the company to resolve this, I keep being told it’s in transit… but it’s not.
