Room ,what we asked for large so we weren't tripping over each other , table 2 chairs so you didn't have to sit on bed bathroom nice clean , lady who looked after our room lovely ,all staff in hotel very nice ,meals spot on ,will be returning soon five star 🌟 🤩

I give five stars for this exceptional coach holiday service. I've never encountered any issues with them and have enjoyed numerous holidays. The drivers are fantastic—always cheerful, friendly, and ready to assist in any way possible. I've already booked another holiday with them for this year, and there are many more to come. I would definitely recommend this service without hesitation! The customer support is also excellent.
the coach journey lasted 7.5 hours instead of the expected 4/5, and the food at the hotel was also quite bad. We had to wait for 90 minutes in the cold before boarding the polar express because the company booked a later trip instead of the advised 17:30. Communication with the hotel and the bus driver was inadequate.
I arranged a Christmas train ride for my parents, but my father fell ill and couldn't attend. I requested a change to the next available date, but was told no, with no other options provided. I felt like I wasted £160.00, and there was no willingness to negotiate, which left me quite cautious about booking with this service again.
