I’ve been using this app and working with my personal trainer for just over three months, and the experience has exceeded my expectations. After seeing the progress I was making, I genuinely enjoyed the process. I decided to extend my training, which says a lot in itself.
From the very beginning, having an initial call to talk through my goals made a huge difference. I never once felt judged, only supported and encouraged, no matter where I was starting. As my journey has evolved, some of my goals have shifted, and my trainer has supported those changes 100% every step of the way.
While overall body confidence is still my big-picture goal, I’m now also working toward specific strength milestones, including a pull-up and squat goal. In just about 3.5 months, I’ve gone from not being able to do a single full pull-up to being right on the edge of hitting three (and I’m confident I’ll get there next week!).
My coach, Amanda, has also been incredibly helpful with my running goals. Even though the app doesn’t have a built-in way to track running progress, we’ve found a workaround that really speaks to her creativity, flexibility, and commitment to my success.
