I’ve been using this app and working with my personal trainer for just over three months, and the experience has exceeded my expectations. After seeing the progress I was making, I genuinely enjoyed the process. I decided to extend my training, which says a lot in itself.

From the very beginning, having an initial call to talk through my goals made a huge difference. I never once felt judged, only supported and encouraged, no matter where I was starting. As my journey has evolved, some of my goals have shifted, and my trainer has supported those changes 100% every step of the way.

While overall body confidence is still my big-picture goal, I’m now also working toward specific strength milestones, including a pull-up and squat goal. In just about 3.5 months, I’ve gone from not being able to do a single full pull-up to being right on the edge of hitting three (and I’m confident I’ll get there next week!).

My coach, Amanda, has also been incredibly helpful with my running goals. Even though the app doesn’t have a built-in way to track running progress, we’ve found a workaround that really speaks to her creativity, flexibility, and commitment to my success.

If you’re on the fence, I truly believe investing in yourself and your body is worth it. It’s the one thing that stays with you your entire life

Cassandra is amazing. 2 yrs ago I had my 3 back fusion. And I was at 240. Last yr 110lbs with skin so saggy everywhere I looked like a flying squirrel 15 surgeries in 8 yrs, 2 SPINAL CORD STIMULATOR, 2 heart attacks, several nerve ablation, trigger injections,and fibromyalgia every month. In bed for at least 12hrs a day in plaim I also needed to use a cane.

Now 6 months w Cassandra I am at a healthy weight 140 (yes, I was on ozempic - not any more) . Cassandra helped me bring up my daily calories and put me on a strength plan. She was always on top of my pain. DR visits and hospital visits She is concerned and understanding about my recovery and healing. Cassandra responds to me, so quickly. She has great insight and humor. I look forward to chatting with her every week. Motivation. - I am not sure how she does it but I am constantly being challenged and encouraged. I am able to walk, go on small outings, I starting to have a life. I have always HATED exercise and any type of exercises. I crave the gym now. SO BIZARRE. I have an extremely hard time sticking w things that are at times difficult. Cassandra made a huge impact on me and my life right way I will continue w her. I can not believe the difference in attitude, confidence, muscles that are forming, and that I do deserve it. Thank you Cassandra!!!! Your company is very lucky to have a person like her

Excellent accessible coaching to match your needs

I am really enjoying working with my coach, Lara. When I was looking for an app to help me track my lifting I was impressed that the questions asked in the caliber app were really geared toward serious fitness unlike most of the other apps I looked at. I have gotten top notch coaching. I have 2 workouts to use depending on where I am. I get feedback every week but I also get unlimited advice. I am always amazed how quickly Lara responds after I send her a question. Not only has she given me exercises and encouragement she has also helped me with suggestions on how to make the equipment I use work better for me. I love how caliber works with my Apple fitness and with Cronometer (nutrition). I love that every exercise automatically includes a demo video. I love having someone to help me be accountable but also to encourage me. Another bonus is that I used FSA money to pay for my coaching. Caliber coaching has definitely reinvigorated my workouts.

Solid and effective online weight training program

I was looking for a structured plan for lifting weights on my own after taking a break from working one on one with a trainer. I came across Caliber, talked with a real person (very helpful) from the company about their plans. I was able to give input regarding availability, goals and past training experiences. I was paired with a coach they thought would be a good match. And she has been great!Most everything is done through their app. - very user friendly - easy to log in your current workout and see metrics from your previous workout- the coach reviews the metrics and advises on appropriate changes or adjustments as well as support. - Caliber is committed to sound training practices and there’s a video of each exercise for review.- weekly short educational articles on various subjects Caliber is exactly what I was looking and hoping for out of an online program! I can highly recommend.

My personal trainer, Andre, is amazing. His experience and expertise is very obvious and he's a pleasure to work with. He's answered every question I've ever had, fully understood my current fitness level when I started the program and has guided me to the best results I've ever had. Andre has a very positive and professional attitude, has an outstanding understanding of the science behind fitness and is always there for me.

Great educational and trustworthy coaching

I was a beginner to weight training and coming off an injury with goals of learning about how to safely strengthen my body and get back into sports. You can google information about weight training, but I liked working with a coach I could trust to give me the correct answers and approaches. My coach was super knowledgeable, gave helpful instructions, and accessible for all my questions. I felt like this really gave me the confidence boost and starting knowledge to know how to keep my training going even after I stop using the paid coaching service. A great investment in my future physical health.

I’ve been training with Lara Price for two years and she’s amazing! She’s helped me understand macros and strength training in a way that finally clicked, and I feel so much stronger because of it. Great experience with Caliber

First, I had a personal zoom chat with my coach Blake so we could get to know each other a bit and so he could craft a nutrition and workout plan for me. I like that I can text questions or comments about my fitness plan/goals/etc. and he will respond to them promptly. Even though I have only been working with him for 2 months I am seeing improvements and feeling better overall.

The best virtual workout experience I've ever had!

There's a lot of great things that I can say about my experience with Caliber and my coach Tyler. So I joined Caliber in July using the free version and was immediately impressed with the functionality of the app, user friendliness, video demos of each exercise, rest timer, plate weight calculator, lifting logs and probably something else that I am forgetting. Within about 2 weeks of the free version, I said I loved the app and wanted more from it which led me to a consultation call with Chris (I hope that is his name). He took about 30 minutes to discuss my goals, share his powerlifting experience (that's my interest) and discuss coaching package options. At first I was hesitant because I mean look it's a virtual training platform -- but the money back guarantee was reassuring and I felt confident in the coach I was matched with. Fast forward to working with Tyler. Awesome guy. He really understands the science behind lifting, nutrition and what is needed to get to the next phase of your journey. I signed up for the monthly calls package as an in between to no calls and weekly and it was a perfect fit. Every month when we chat, it's a little catching up but then straight to business. What I like about this is the ability to develop a strategy with a coach who listens, understands and makes adjustments. My workouts are fireeeeeeeeeeeeee. I'm A LOT stronger and I feel great about it. Tyler has done an excellent job at doing regular check-ins via video or message in the Caliber app which has been helpful for me to stay on track. The customized workouts, nutrition counseling, consistent conversations, and opportunities to submit video exercises for feedback has made this an excellent experience. I could go on and on about the good things and how satisfied I am. As for the app itself - rarely any glitches and I've been using it for 3 months on iOS software. Oh, we also use Chronometer to track nutrition and even that integrates nicely into the Caliber app. Same thing with Apple fitness. Also, there are groups that you can join and either virtually lift with someone and/or have discourse with other users of the app. Pretty cool! Overall, I highly recommend Caliber and get a coach if you want to!
