Initially, my order sat in the warehouse for an entire week without any updates. I had to reach out to them to find out why it hadn’t shipped. I contacted customer service multiple times during this wait because I couldn’t access my account; every time I tried, it showed a message saying "the page doesn't exist." After my third attempt, I received a generic response apologizing for the issue but providing no real assistance. Today, my order finally arrived, and the size was completely wrong. I ordered a large, and although the package labeled it as such, the item—a long hoodie—was at best an extra small. It would only fit a child. The quality is appalling. I spent $75 on something I wouldn’t even pay $10 for. I feel deceived. No, I was deceived.
