Poor quality for the price—avoid.

I saw an ad on Facebook for snow boots, but the pair I received was very poor quality compared to the high price I paid. When I tried to return them, the company told me I had to ship them back to China at my own expense.

What’s frustrating is that the boots originally arrived from Pennsylvania, USA, shipped by an individual. This is a very dishonest way to do business and makes returns nearly impossible. I’ve had a terrible experience and would not recommend trusting Caliboot.

The pictures they post are from real websites and they reproduce the merchandise at the lowest possible quality. Once you receive the merchandise and realize you have been scammed you try to return it because you read their return policy and it doesn’t tell you that it has to be shipped to China and it will cost more to shop it back then what the item cost to begin with. Mind you that you purchased under the USA model and were less to believe you could return it in the USA. Instead of the return they offered me to order more of the crap they misrepresented. Total waste of 60.00. Don’t order from these scammers.

The shoes I received did not match the picture in the order. It was a different looking shoe with lower quality materials. The shoes were not packaged well which led the shoes warping during shipment. I reached out to customer service and was told I could get 75% of a future order or return the shoes to an address in China at my expense. The cost to ship was not worth the price of the shoes and the shoes were actually shipped to me domestically by Abby Adkins from Chicago. When I looked up Abby, that name is involved in a number of shipping scams. I let Caliboot know that the since the product was damaged during shipping, did not match the quality of the product shown in online and that they did not fully disclose their shipping policy online for a product that was shipped domestically, I was able to receive a refund. However, the refund process was quick and the communication was also quick. I appreciated their quick response and resolution with my disappointment in the product.

Caliboot finally got back to me after months and months but only after I left my honest review here the first time. So then they promised to make it right, but wouldn't give me a refund for boots that they never sent, just a store credit. So I had enough for boots and a beannie. Well they sent emails saying the beanie was being sent but absolutely nothing about the boots. Unbelievable!! And this is dating back to September 2025!
Please....save your frustrations and your hard earned money and stay away from this scam of a company. I wish I would have read the bad reviews before I started dealing with them.

Disappointing customer service experience

I ordered a jacket and tried to return or exchange it. I reached out to the company multiple times asking for a return shipping label, but received no response. After several unanswered emails, I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer support.

Terrible Experience!

I had a really bad experience with this purchase. The blouse was overpriced, and I later found it on another platform for a fraction of the cost. That wasn't even the main issue; it arrived much later than expected and looked very cheap. The fabric was awful, and the fit was off—I'm usually a size 8, and the sleeves were uncomfortably tight. I tried to follow their return policy, but despite my daily emails, I received no response. Instead, they kept asking me to provide pictures and adding more tasks. I'm done with this; the blouse is ready to return, and I'm not doing any more work. Avoid this place if you don't want to be disappointed!

Avoid this experience at all costs

I typically don’t write reviews, but I hope this helps someone else avoid wasting their hard-earned money like I did. One star feels like too much for my experience. Initially, my order sat in the warehouse for an entire week without any updates. I had to reach out to them to find out why it hadn’t shipped. I contacted customer service multiple times during this wait because I couldn’t access my account; every time I tried, it showed a message saying "the page doesn't exist." After my third attempt, I received a generic response apologizing for the issue but providing no real assistance. Today, my order finally arrived, and the size was completely wrong. I ordered a large, and although the package labeled it as such, the item—a long hoodie—was at best an extra small. It would only fit a child. The quality is appalling. I spent $75 on something I wouldn’t even pay $10 for. I feel deceived. No, I was deceived.

Extremely disappointed with the purchase

I ordered some shoes and it took several weeks for them to arrive. When they finally did, the quality was poor and they did not resemble the picture at all. Additionally, I have been unable to get a response from the customer support team. It's been three weeks, and despite reaching out three times, I still haven't heard back.

I am currently trying to return a disappointing sweatshirt. I doubt it will lead to any resolution. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! It seems you are already attempting to assist “Hannah”
but it feels unproductive.
