Complete scam! This company does not stand by its policies or its word. I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience, and it’s clear they will go out of their way to avoid refunding customers—even when they’re clearly in the wrong.
In my case, the item I received was not as described, and parts were damaged. Their policy states that issues like this qualify for a refund or replacement, but they refused to honor it. Instead, they dragged the process out with endless emails and excuses, only to offer a small fraction of what I paid.
It honestly feels like they’re intentionally trying to wear customers down so they’ll give up on getting their money back. Even when it comes to small amounts, they’ll do whatever they can to keep it. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether.
