I placed an order on Black Friday and received my item quickly, but upon opening it, I found the glass induction cup was broken. I contacted the support team via email, and they promptly replied, stating they would send a replacement. However, I soon realized they were sending the wrong part that wouldn’t fit my device. I notified them within hours, but after that, the wrong replacement was never shipped, and they have since ignored my messages. I've followed up multiple times over the past eight days without any response. To use the device, I would need to spend extra money on the correct part. I even requested a return and refund, but there’s been no reply. I've now contacted my credit card provider to initiate a chargeback to recover my funds.
