I ordered an item on Black Friday, which shipped quickly, but the glass component was damaged upon arrival. I reached out to the support team, who assured me a replacement would be sent. However, when I got the shipping notification, I realized it was the wrong part. I informed them right away, but after that, I received no further communication. I’ve followed up multiple times over the past week without any response. To use the device, I would need to buy an additional part. I requested a return for a refund, but they haven’t replied. I’ve contacted my credit card provider to initiate a chargeback to recover my funds.

I notified them within hours, but after that, the wrong replacement was never shipped, and they have since ignored my messages. I've followed up multiple times over the past eight days without any response. To use the device, I would need to spend extra money on the correct part. I even requested a return and refund, but there’s been no reply. I've now contacted my credit card provider to initiate a chargeback to recover my funds.
My experience was unacceptable — I placed an order and paid in full, receiving confirmation immediately. However, for over three weeks, there were no updates or explanations for the delay, and the order status remained unchanged. After I reached out for clarification, I received an abrupt email stating that my order was cancelled and refunded without prior notice. This lack of communication and support is not how a professional service should operate. I should not have had to chase for basic information only to find out my order was cancelled. I will not be ordering again and advise others to reconsider before placing an order with this service.

The customer service is lacking. I ordered a bubbler, but after a week, I still hadn’t received confirmation. I emailed and got an automated reply, but no follow-up came. After another email, I was told they would check into it, but I still heard nothing. When I requested to cancel my order, I suddenly received a shipping notice, but it was just a shipping slip, not an actual package. Tracking shows it’s stuck in transit. Very poor service as I never got a proper response. I won’t order again and wouldn’t recommend others do so.
I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a pipe for a friend, but it was lost in transit. They have provided no reasonable response, nor will they send a replacement or refund my money. There’s zero customer support, making it frustrating to do business with them.
I strongly advise against ordering from this service. I placed an order a week ago for a simple item, but a week later, I still have no updates and cannot reach a real customer service representative for assistance or a refund. This is unacceptable, especially since I paid for package protection. I suspect this site may be a scam. After threatening to leave a negative review, I finally got a response about an address issue, which they claimed caused the delay. They ultimately refunded me, but I had already purchased from another company with much better service.
