I have serious concerns that this company places profit and potential gains above real-life consequences. Their actual practices frequently contradict their marketing claims. Even when framed as 'entertainment,' they overstep boundaries; they provide minimal concessions to maintain engagement while shifting blame and evading responsibility when problems occur. Regardless of the label, their business model seems unjust and unethical. I am sharing this after years of experience and will provide further updates to this review soon.
My first experience was a bit unclear and left me feeling disappointed. I had high expectations, perhaps unreasonably so, and I’m not sure I would return. I think I used the service again later, and the second representative was pleasant during my visit in November. However, my earlier visit this year was not as positive. If I did visit in November, that experience was much better.
Reading with Coral from UK was extremely disappointing. She gave mostly generalities and missed the most important events happening in my life.She failed to see things others had confirmed that was actually happening.Things i knew from my own experience that I had been going through she could not pick up. I was very disappointed.She was a bit harsh and uninterested.I cut the call short after I realized she was not good at her reading ability.
