Hassan was my main point of contact during the enrolment process for my Diploma of Community Services, and I truly can’t speak highly enough of the support he provided.
From the very first conversation, Hassan was professional, calm, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to listen to my circumstances and understand where I was at in life to ensure I was ready to take on the course. His communication was outstanding and made the whole enrolment process feel smooth and stress-free.
Before connecting with Skilled Workforce, I had explored other providers and was discouraged after being told I wasn’t qualified enough to complete the course. Hassan went above and beyond. He guided me through providing the right documentation, spent time speaking with me over the phone about my work and experience, and supported me through the process so I could move forward with confidence.
He was always responsive and approachable. If he missed my call, he would make the effort to return it, which gave me great confidence that I was choosing the right provider. His positive, encouraging, and enthusiastic nature made a big difference and reassured me that I was capable of completing the qualification.
Because of the great communication and support I received from Hassan, I have since reached out to him again to discuss enrolling in my Diploma of HR and Leadership & Management. I’m now saving for my next qualification through Skilled Workforce and look forward to continuing my study journey with them.

Angela Calliku was our facilitator and made every effort to ensure our experience was smooth and painless. We were a bit hesitant as we had not had to put anyone through this process before so were asking a lot of questions and Angela was always there to answer anything we asked.
Just completed the cert iv in plumbing and gas, and received my qualification thanks to Skills Certified Australia. At first I was sceptical about getting it through RPL instead of tafe. But after speaking with the team over the phone they assured me i would pass with the experience i have, so i went with it.
Holly Marchant was my allocated go to support person and i couldn't fault her. She guided me through the process with ease, was friendly and easy to deal with. One of the things that stood out the most to me was the fast response's to my emails regarding any questions and help I needed along the way.
