The shutters took 4 1/2 months to arrive , longer than the predicted arrival date , but nobody contacted me to inform me. When they were finally delivered , I had no notification so it was pure chance that I was in. The shutters do look nice now installed and the frames fit perfectly ( made specifically to my measurements) , however the shutters don’t fit perfectly within the frames in that there are quite a few gaps that let light through and the slats don’t fit together very tightly. When I contacted customer service I was told this is how they are , just designed to block up to 70 % of the light out . So if you’re looking for something that blocks out more light , these shutters may not be for you. Since writing my review , they have reached out and offered a goodwill gesture to compensate for the long delivery time , I’m very happy with the level of customer service from them.
