I contacted California Shutters as on opening the packaging I discovered that the 2 hinge pins required were missing, I actually ordered the shutter a couple of years ago but have only just got around to installing it (!) but despite this Stephanie responded very promptly and posted 2 replacement hinge pins to me at no charge.I regard this as exceptional customer service and would highly recommend this company.
