I did not find your website intuitive to navigate. Our order was for a bay window so sought advise from the team. Email responses were prompt, however, we did have some incorrect guidance re the configurations of the middle window available to us. Since resolved - team advised 3 but our measurements were too wide and the website defaulted us to 4. There does seem to be a 'bug' in that selection of large frame does not show when ordering. Reassured by the team via email that this was showing correctly at their end. Also comes through correctly in the order confirmation - just unsettling that you can't see it when ordering. Support team helpful and prompt in responding. Website not intuitive but we love the product having shopped with you before.
