The mechanic who came to fix my car was very, very helpful. Fixed the problem really quickly and as he had had to put an emergency tyre on, explained how I should drive with the tyre on. He was very friendly and courteous. Because because original mechanic was taken ill, Call Assist quickly arranged for a new mechanic to come. As he was coming from over an hour away they kept me informed of his progress. Would certainly recommend Call Assist.
