Finished work Friday evening and car wouldn't start - EV6 12 volt battery error. Just wanted to get home, so agreed to pay the £121 call out fee.The guy turned up in a pickup truck with no tools, just a battery charger and said "I don't know much about electric vehicles" - I feared the worst.....After about 40 minutes of trying the charger with no diagnostics he said "I can't fix this".My wife picked me up......Why would you allocate a job to a company that can't provide a break down vehicle with tools, equipment, spare batteries etc? EV knowledge?Complained to customer services, only to be told they don't guarantee repair. I explained I understand that, but you need to have the tools and equipment to try and repair!Joined the RAC
