Avoid this company! They left me stranded with minor children and sent a contractor (Automania) who refused to do the job. They then tried to charge me extra for 'specialist equipment' for a minor issue. I hired a local firm who fixed it in 5 minutes with a standard jack for £150. [Call Assist Ltd] took two months to respond and ignored all the facts. I have now reported them to the Financial Ombudsman for predatory practices
