I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Calldotcom/Vyke. My number isn’t being renewed and my account balance is not being updated, even though I’ve already tried multiple international and local cards. Instead of actually resolving the issue, they keep sending the same automated response every time.It’s extremely frustrating because there is no real customer support, no proper troubleshooting, and no willingness to fix the problem. I’ve been left without service and without any helpful guidance.I hope they improve their customer support and actually assist users instead of relying on automated replies.
