On December 20, 2025, we visited the local store to return a product with the receipt and original tag. An employee claimed the tag was placed incorrectly and accused us of damaging the product without evidence. When I asked for clarification, she responded rudely and loudly in front of others, stating the product would not be refunded or exchanged. This behavior is unacceptable and goes against professional ethics. We were long-time customers, and this treatment has made us reconsider future purchases. We request an investigation into this matter.
