Review Time
On December 20, 2025, we visited the local store to return a product with the receipt and original tag. An employee claimed the tag was placed incorrectly and accused us of damaging the product without evidence. When I asked for clarification, she responded rudely and loudly in front of others, stating the product would not be refunded or exchanged. This behavior is unacceptable and goes against professional ethics. We were long-time customers, and this treatment has made us reconsider future purchases. We request an investigation into this matter.
I have been waiting for my order since December 2nd, which was supposed to ship on December 4th. My previous experiences with the online store have shown that service quality is below expectations. I waited too long for a refund that took 9 days instead of the promised 2-3 days. Now, I'm waiting 16 days for another order that should have arrived in 6 days. If you can’t deliver, please process a refund. Your delayed responses to my emails are frustrating.
I took a chance on these trousers for my husband, who is quite particular, and I couldn't be happier. The fit is perfect, and the color looks fantastic. He loves how they feel. I highly recommend these trousers and plan to buy them in another color soon!
