Terrible Customer Service – I Will Not Order AgainI placed an order on June 22 with the promise that it would be delivered within 2–4 days. Not only did the package not arrive within the stated timeframe, but I also received no updates or communication regarding any delays. I contacted Calliope multiple times via email asking for clarification, and specifically requested that if the order wouldn’t arrive before June 28 (when I was leaving for vacation), it should be cancelled and refunded.No one ever responded.Now, while I’m away, I see that the order has been delivered to a Packstation in my city – and obviously, I cannot collect it. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of response and responsibility from Calliope is outrageous. It’s not just poor service – it’s complete negligence.I paid for a product I won’t be able to use, and I still haven’t received a single reply to my repeated attempts to reach customer service. This company clearly does not care about its customers or honoring its delivery promises.Absolutely disappointed. I will never order from Calliope again, and I advise others to be extremely cautious. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any help.
