No return label provided – no response from customer serviceReview:I placed an order on June 6 (Order number: 15000266100). On June 14, I submitted a return request via the Calliope website. I only wanted to keep 1 item and return the rest. However, I have not received any return label (Retourenetikett) or any response from customer service since then.It’s been over 13 days now, and I still have no way to return my items, despite following their return instructions exactly. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve contacted them through the official channels, but no one has replied.I will not be ordering from Calliope again and I strongly advise others to be cautious. Very poor customer service and return handling.
