All I've encountered is an AI response. Since Christmas, I've been trying to get return information for the pillow I regret purchasing. I've attempted to contact someone via email and have received no reply. This feels like a scam. The pillows aren't significant items, yet there's no way to obtain a refund or speak to a representative. How can they justify misleading so many customers? The pillow itself isn't impressive—just use a heating pad instead; it works better. It arrived in a black garbage bag, sealed with duct tape. I sensed trouble when I saw that. Such a popular product and it can't even be shipped in a proper box. It seemed used, lacking that new appearance or scent. I hope you consider this review before making a purchase. Shame on you for your actions! I plan to find out whom I can report this to, to address the deception involved.
