I really have to get to know the equipment. I like it so far but it’s gonna take a little more time for me. to really say that if I really really like it or if it’s just OK. but so far I like it. I wish I had a wider one to go around my shoulders because that’s where I get most of my problems with that an the back of my neck, but so far is pretty good
I have chronic neck pain from facet joint syndrome. This is the only device that works on the neck without my having to manipulate it in someway, so I can just lay back and relax. If I had one suggestion for the company it would be to have a choice of heat levels.
My Callixe was delivered in a timely manner and updates were emailed to me along the way. I am getting use to the neck massager and think I will like it. I am using it before bed and in the morning.
It got here fast, but I really dislike the "stretching" function. It feels like somebody is shoving a brick into the back of my neck! Hate it. No way to skip it. Not sure if I can do both heat and massage at the same time and skip that horrible part. I end up yanking it out from behind me when that starts because it is SO painful.
I constantly wake up with headaches and stiff neck and pain. I have used it for a week and my pain is less, not totally gone but less. Stiffness of my neck is also better, less pain too. Hopefully if I keep using it, my neck pain, stiffness and headache will be gone soon.
I wasn’t able to enjoy the massaging neck pillow and had to return it. The representative made the process seamless, clearly explaining how to proceed with the return and where to send it. I’m grateful for the prompt responses and assistance in getting this item returned and refunded quickly. The customer service I experienced was truly commendable.
It's ironic to mention honesty when this service is anything but. My experience has been terrible. I ordered a neck pillow and can't reach anyone to discuss my issue. All I've encountered is an AI response. Since Christmas, I've been trying to get return information for the pillow I regret purchasing. I've attempted to contact someone via email and have received no reply. This feels like a scam. The pillows aren't significant items, yet there's no way to obtain a refund or speak to a representative. How can they justify misleading so many customers? The pillow itself isn't impressive—just use a heating pad instead; it works better. It arrived in a black garbage bag, sealed with duct tape. I sensed trouble when I saw that. Such a popular product and it can't even be shipped in a proper box. It seemed used, lacking that new appearance or scent. I hope you consider this review before making a purchase. Shame on you for your actions! I plan to find out whom I can report this to, to address the deception involved.
I got a pillow that neither heats nor vibrates. I've reached out multiple times via phone and email to return the faulty item, but I've only been given a case number for review. I don’t want a review; I simply want to return the defective pillow and get my money back.
I'm very dissatisfied with the item I received; it feels poorly made. Additionally, I was charged for two items when I only wanted one. The process to return it for a refund has been frustrating. Despite numerous emails and calls, I still haven't gotten any return instructions. If you might need to return something from this service, I would recommend avoiding them. The customer support has been disappointing.
