This company not only delivers many weeks after ordering without letting the customer know it will take forever. I wanted this item as a Christmas present and when I realized it was not arriving in time I attempted to cancel the order. I sent many emails with no response. The item arrived in January and I wanted to send it back but I was told I'd have to pay to send it back. This information about no returns without paying and no notification that it would take weeks to arrive along with no responses to the many emails I sent was not indicated in any of the advertising for this item. I am now stuck with it and am so disgusted I don't want to give it to anyone so I'm going to throw it away. However, after reading so many complaints about it, I'm sure the price I paid isn't worth it along with the aggrevation. P.S. I spent months with my Credit Card company trying to do something but they have no control over the company who has refused to do anything about this.
