Call of Duty. Brings back memories? 2011. The popularity. It was fun playing, I have to admit. But everybody's hormones are off the charts. It's a SHOOTING game, not a game to j*rk it too. Go get a job like everybody instead of living in your mom's basement with your microwaved pizza rolls.
Call of Duty has completely lost its identity. What used to be a gritty, grounded military shooter now feels more like a Fortnite-style game with flashy skins, exaggerated effects, and an arcade vibe that doesn’t fit the franchise. The game size is ridiculous, taking up an unreasonable amount of storage, and the optimization is poor, with frequent performance issues even on decent hardware.On top of that, the gameplay just isn’t enjoyable anymore. It feels overdesigned, inconsistent, and far less satisfying than it used to be. Call of Duty was simply better before, when it focused on solid gameplay and a serious tone instead of chasing trends.
Game is full of cheats so online play is more frustrating than fun. The game just annoys me. Getting Battlefield 6 instead and the 10 players i regularly play with are following me. I feel more like I have been ripped off of £50 than anything else. You get chat banned for calling cheats out without using bad language but nothing is ever done to the cheats when you report them. They even admit their anti cheat does not work. So how about you start selling games to people when you have sorted that out, Activision?! Otherwise are you not just ripping people off of their hard earned cash? They also know under age users play their games and promote smoking weed on every game. Excellent morals.
The game is unplayable. It caters to hackers, and the audio is terrible. I can’t even hear a full team running at me from behind. I’m so frustrated with the developers. They bring in these absolutely needless gimmicks that ruin the game. It’s slow and just terrible.
Very laggy due to people streaming, racial abuse on chat constantly from kids, no mods, scammers in the lobby constantly, UK servers matched with people on the other end of the world that don't speak a word of English, too many updates, very poor in comparison with what it used to be. Time to delete my account again.... For good this time.
