Everything at the beginning indicated that two tickets would be $175 total and then you bait and switch and announce at the end that 2 tickets are $350. That's disgusting and you should be ashamed to operate that way.
I purchased tickets to see the paranormal cirque. Must ticket sellers always have a service fee. Which i was prepared to pay. Upon receiving my tickets 1 hour before the show I noticed the cost of the ticket was $35 usd. Since I purchased 2 tickets for that night I should've paid roughly $100. Instead I had paid $240 for the pair of tickets. When I tried to contact them about this I was given a run around and hung up on. They then tried to contact me back 2 times. At which point they hung up on me again leaving a message on my phone to call them. When I tried to call them back twice with no one to answer the phone. This site buys tickets and sales them again at a ridiculously inflated rate. If you are planning to buy tickets for any event DO NOT use this site. Save yourself money and go through a legitimate site for the event tickets. This site is a scam and scalper service. I hope my review reaches everyone that is unfortunate to come across this site for ticket purchase.
This company is a 3rd party. Do not use them. My ticket for a Rod Stewart concert at the Seminole Hard Rock was never sent to my email! They totally ruined my birthday present. Their support team couldn't get ahold of them to correct the problem.

Representative saud a refund couldn't e issued or moved to a different date. This by far the first customer service. Filing a complaint with the BBB and disputing the charge with the bank. The comedy zone didn't even have the order number referenced in the email! Fraudulent!
If I could give a negative amount I would. The worst experience ever!! Bought tickets to go to a basketball game they said the game was at 2pm I took an elderly uncle and the game was over it was actually at 12:00 spoke through chat as well as on the phone even though I have all the emails stating 2 pm too bad basically what they said. Somehow I was redirected to this site I thought I was on the school site. Plus I didn’t get my tickets until day of the event
GoTickets was the most expensive option. Ticket delivery was a problem, they are a third party seller so you have to wait for the original owner to process this. It was hours after purchase confirmation, still no tickets the day before the event. I could not cancel the order, I tried multiple times. They offered me 10% discount on "next ticket purchase". Worst ticket buying experience I've ever had.
I purchased one (1) mobile ticket for Jeff Dunham’s show on Thursday, 2/26.I completed the two step verification using both my Driver’s license and a selfie at 9:40 PM EST. I DO NOT feel comfortable about that at all. AND I still have NOT received my ticket! How long does this take? I’m never purchasing tickets here again.
Absolutely terrible. Spent $1200 on tickets. Paid two months in advance. Kept asking, kept getting the 100% guarantee the would be there. Kept asking. The evening before the show after being told the were getting the tickets ready, they cancelled the order. No information given. Useless customer service with generic answers. Stay away. Do not use.
This company is a complete scam. I ordered tickets back in December for NASCAR as a Christmas gift to my husband. I purchased the tickets but they were never delivered. I contacted them repeatedly about my ticket probably about 7 times. They had an excuse on why I didn’t have my tickets every time saying I would get my tickets and they are guaranteed. I spent thousands of dollars flying my husband, daughter and myself out all the way across the country, made plans to go to Disney and do a whole week around this trip. The day before the race still no tickets. I’m out thousands at this point so we purchase tickets last min through STUB HUB and guess what, within 20 min I have my tickets and parking pass. Stub hub was able to get me my tickets in 20 min! Go tickets couldn’t get there act together in 7 weeks! I WILL NEVER purchase from go tickets! Worst experience ever! I will tell everyone I know what a horrible company they are that leave customers hanging after weeks and thousands of dollars out of pocket.
Paid for event tickets was advices to pay for parking ahead of time because it was a busy event i went ahead and paid $75 dollars got a comfirmation Email when i get to the place they said they couldn’t validate it bc there was no QR code all i got was 1 email with a confirmation and on top of that the parking was $32 dollars even the guy said damn they charged you $75 dollars for what. I get on the phone after a back and forth i hear the lady saying she’s refunding me my money back i got an email saying a $30 dollar refund i am 10000% reporting it to my bank these people playing with peoples principles
