I had never come across Rest in Pieces until I was searching for a puzzle frame. Their prices were great, and the quality of the frames are great too. I’ve had two frames from them and love being able to keep my favourite puzzles and display them. Their customer service team is brilliant, quick to respond and helpful when I made a mistake on my order. I recommend Rest in Pieces all the time when I show people my frames puzzles. Great value and great products!
I got a personalised jigsaw puzzle and it arrived in good time and is one of the best quality puzzles I’ve ever done. I can tell their graphics team took the time to enhance the image I submitted to them. Really happy with my purchase overall :)

The best place to buy your jigsaws from. Delivered very quickly, all the more so as it was a last minute Christmas gift. It arrived beautifully wrapped, a delight to find somewhere will to take the time and trouble. So much nicer than another huge box from that massive online seller.
I echo other reviews. Jigsaw has failed to arrived within the promised time and all communication is being blanked. I, like others, have found the same jigsaw on Amazon at a much lower price too. I would forgive them the extra money if there was anything like responsive customer service. As it is, I have requested a refund and still no response. I would advise to buy elsewhere.
Really happy with this puzzle. The pieces are good quality, the image looks great once it’s finished.Delivery was quick and everything arrived in good condition.I have recently got another one recently for a gift which went down nicely especially with the branded packaging. Would definitely order from Rest In Pieces again.
I should have read reviews before ordering with this company. Had to chase after a week of receiving zero communication, then suddenly a despatch notification came through with dpd tracking number. Kept checking with the courier for tracking and number never recognised. Chased again with supplier who said it can take 10 working days as per the product description. This is wrong, their website says 10 days, not 'working' days. Even with working days they exceeded this. However the main problem is that this company doesn't actually supply the product themselves. My delivery arrived from Amazon!! Dpd tracking is fake!! They simply drop ship from Amazon with a nice looking website to draws you in. The product supplied by Amazon! Worse still it's less than half the price if you buy direct with amazon. Do yourself a favour, find the jigsaw you like then go over to Amazon and spend 5 minutes looking for it. You'll save lots of money and get a reliable service with quick delivery!
