DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered a large bed for my 50-pound dog based on a photo showing a large dog on a large bed. Instead, I received a small one. I sent them a picture and contacted customer support, but all I got were apologies and a mere $10 store credit. I spent a considerable amount on a product I didn’t even receive. Why would I buy from them again? No offer to send the correct size, just repeated apologies for my disappointment. I wish I could share the photo here. Shipping was also misleading; they claimed it would arrive in 6-10 days but it took two weeks. Tracking was vague and unhelpful. Ridiculous.
