Complete scam... I wish I had checked reviews before making my purchase. The phone numbers provided are either unanswered or disconnected. They do have a chat feature, but it only requests an email address. The items are cheap, tiny, and essentially worthless. I planned to return them immediately upon arrival due to the slow shipping and misleading tracking information. The return address was in another country, and no return shipping label was included, meaning I'd have to pay almost half of my order just to send them back. I ended up giving the toys to my dog, who destroyed the lion within 10 minutes and is now working on the duck. I could've purchased these directly for a fraction of the cost; instead, I lost 149 dollars to this seller... What a scam.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered a large bed for my 50-pound dog based on a photo showing a large dog on a large bed. Instead, I received a small one. I sent them a picture and contacted customer support, but all I got were apologies and a mere $10 store credit. I spent a considerable amount on a product I didn’t even receive. Why would I buy from them again? No offer to send the correct size, just repeated apologies for my disappointment. I wish I could share the photo here. Shipping was also misleading; they claimed it would arrive in 6-10 days but it took two weeks. Tracking was vague and unhelpful. Ridiculous.
Extremely slow shipping and poor tracking. They claim to be based locally, but after waiting a week and a half for shipment, it was stuck in customs according to their reply. I would have preferred to purchase from a local company. The discounts they offer are not worth the hassle.
I placed an order weeks ago, and after three weeks, my item hadn’t been shipped. When I complained and tried to cancel, fake tracking information suddenly appeared. At one point, it claimed the item was at my local post office, then it was reported to be a state away. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a company in years. At this point, the quality of the product doesn’t even matter to me.
Scam alert. I paid a significant amount but received nothing. Tracking stated there was no response and the item was sent back. We were home all day, and there's clear evidence from our security camera. I reached out via email and customer service but received no replies. Avoid this company at all costs.
Order took over a month to arrive. The tracking information was nearly bogus and definitely inaccurate. I received multiple apologies when I inquired about the delay, but it still took a month to get my product. It appears these orders are not fulfilled locally. Time stamps on communication were seven hours ahead of my time zone. The product was also far too small for my pet. I was promised follow-up contact for resolution, but nothing happened. This company is not reliable. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them, or proceed at your own risk.
This company is a scam. They make promises but fail to deliver. There's nothing on their website indicating that all their products come from another country. If you wish to return for a refund, you must send it back internationally. It’s all junk.
