Order took over a month to arrive. The tracking information was nearly bogus and definitely inaccurate. I received multiple apologies when I inquired about the delay, but it still took a month to get my product. It appears these orders are not fulfilled locally. Time stamps on communication were seven hours ahead of my time zone. The product was also far too small for my pet. I was promised follow-up contact for resolution, but nothing happened. This company is not reliable. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them, or proceed at your own risk.
