I received the order, and one of the rings (adjustable one) broke on the first day of wearing. I sent an E-Mail to customer support and they immediately offered to refund or exchange my broken ring to any other ring.
I wanted to get another fidget spinner ring, but I didn't want the same design, because I was afraid that it will break again. So I chose another fidget spinner ring as an exchange. It was more than 10 euros more expensive, so I was expecting that I will have to pay the difference. To my surprise, they just shipped me the ring without any extra costs from my side.
I recently receieved the new ring and I wear it for more than a week, it is perfect! I am more than satisfied and I will definitely buy more rings in future!
