Amazing customer service! Great quality product but unfortunately I bought the wrong size & to no fault of their own, I received my order late - on both occasions where I contacted customer service to firstly ask where my order was & second to unfortunately return & request a refund, Grace was fantastic and wonderfully helpful. Would definitely make another purchase soon!
After hearing recommendations from several clients, I decided to try this website, and I’m so glad I did! My new rings are absolutely stunning and don’t tarnish at all. I wear them daily, even in the shower and while handling chemicals with gloves. Unfortunately, the first ring I chose lost a stone within the first week. However, the customer service response was impressively fast. They sincerely apologized and offered to replace it with the same or a different ring of my choice. I received the replacement within two days, which was a pleasant surprise, especially in December. Just be sure to check your size before ordering, although adjustable rings are available. There’s a guide if you’re unsure. If you’re contemplating a purchase, go for it! I’ve already recommended them to several clients dealing with anxiety and nail-biting, and they've been a tremendous help, especially during this dry winter!

The website only lists email as a contact method, so if that fails—like it seems to have—there’s no alternative way to reach them. This seems like a strange way to conduct business.
