If I could rate this service lower than 1 star, I would. Their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. You must email to cancel your subscription, and it's impossible to reach anyone, while they continue to take your money. For the past two months, I've been trying to cancel and keep receiving emails thanking me for my patience, promising a response in 2-3 days. Out of the three months, I've only received one order despite paying for three. They are quick to take your money but unresponsive when it comes to resolving issues.
