Extremely poor customer service

If I could rate this experience lower than 1 star, I would. The customer service is the worst I've encountered. To cancel a subscription, you must email them, and it's impossible to reach anyone directly, while they continue to charge you. I've been trying to cancel for the past two months and keep getting emails thanking me for my patience, promising a response in 2-3 days. Out of the three months, I've only received one order despite paying for three. They are quick to take your money but unresponsive when it comes to resolving issues.

If I could rate this service lower than 1 star, I would. Their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. Complete scam!

This service is a total scam! They keep charging me monthly, even though I've asked multiple times to cancel my subscription. It's a fraud; I never signed up for a subscription.

Dishonest and untrustworthy

The customer care is absolutely terrible. They continue to withdraw money from my account despite my requests to cancel a subscription I never even signed up for. I've sent several cancellation requests, but they choose to ignore them. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE!

Very disappointed

I'm very disappointed that in this technological age, the customer service response rate from this service has been nearly nonexistent. I emailed four days before my subscription renewal to request a cancellation but didn’t hear back until a week later, at which point I was charged for another month. After finally getting a response, my account wasn't cancelled but I was offered a discount instead. After rejecting this, my issue was 'looked into,' conveniently after I was charged again. Poor service and communication. I'm disgusted.

Avoid this scam!

Do not fall for this scam. The product arrived, but it tastes terrible and does nothing! I didn't realize I was signed up for a monthly subscription, and now I have another payment pending and another order coming. They don’t respond to emails, and I've had to contact my bank to block any further payments!

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. I emailed to cancel my subscription (cancel at any time) and was told it had been cancelled. Since then, they have attempted to charge my account twice. Thankfully, I've informed my bank to block any payment requests. Do not purchase this product, and if you find yourself in a subscription, contact your bank to block future charges.

Stay away!

If I could give no stars, I would. They failed to cancel my subscription as requested and sent more products. I've tried for three weeks to get instructions for a return and refund, only to receive automated responses saying they would get back to me within a few days. I've asked the store for help, and I strongly advise against using this service.

SCAM! Do not purchase

All the comments here are true; I regret not checking them before making a purchase. They initially replied when I asked to cancel my subscription, and I received a partial refund. However, by the time they responded, my second order had already shipped, and I hadn't even received the first product yet! The surprise was when I was charged again after discussing the cancellation. They never replied to my emails afterward. I had to ask my bank to cancel my card and issue a refund. The product isn't worth it; it's a SCAM. Do NOT buy anything from them!
