I'm very disappointed that in this technological age, the customer service response rate from this service has been nearly nonexistent. I emailed four days before my subscription renewal to request a cancellation but didn’t hear back until a week later, at which point I was charged for another month. After finally getting a response, my account wasn't cancelled but I was offered a discount instead. After rejecting this, my issue was 'looked into,' conveniently after I was charged again. Poor service and communication. I'm disgusted.
