I’ve had a very poor experience with Calmify. I was charged for a repeat subscription without any clear access to my previous orders or an option to manage or cancel the subscription on their website. The lack of transparency is unacceptable.When I reached out, there was no straightforward way to resolve the issue or stop the shipment. A company selling wellbeing products should make the customer experience far less stressful than this. I have emailed them several times and am promised a reply within 2-3 days which never comes. Now I'm taking action with my bank!I won’t be purchasing from them again and I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience or anyone elses - looking at this forum.
