Extremely poor customer service

If I could rate this experience lower than 1 star, I would. The customer service is the worst I've encountered. To cancel a subscription, you must email them, and it's impossible to reach anyone directly, while they continue to charge you. I've been trying to cancel for the past two months and keep getting emails thanking me for my patience, promising a response in 2-3 days. Out of the three months, I've only received one order despite paying for three. They are quick to take your money but unresponsive when it comes to resolving issues.
