I don't even know where to begin! I mistakenly ordered the product, thinking I could use it. To my shock, $54 was debited from my account without my consent. When I reached out for help, I was told I had signed up for a subscription, which I never did. This led to a frustrating exchange of emails to figure out how to return the item and get my money back. Now, I've been informed that I have to pay for the return shipping to receive a refund—what a surprise! I asked them to cancel all current and future orders, yet they have charged me again! I’m currently on hold trying to resolve this payment issue while still seeking my refund. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service; the entire experience has been dreadful and leaves me feeling utterly devastated.
