Wish I could give less than 1 star. I have never experienced such awful customer service. They have automated responses when you send an email and they do it every couple of days without actually doing anything. I sent them a message on instagram too. They ended up cancelling after 3 months of me chasing them and mind you I did not opt in for subscription. I kept pressing for refund because I don’t want their product but they just ignore me about that. The product is like a way overpriced cordial or juice from concentrate. It does less than nothing. Truly awful overall!!!
Complete rubbish, I had the buy 6 get 6 free across three flavours costing $92 AUD and ended up with just 6 all of the one flavour taking longer than the identified time for delivery. don't trust their get free stuff items.
Daylight robbery. DO NOT USE. Total scam. Request to cancel membership ignored. Do what I did. Report your bank card as lost and get a new card. They won't be able to con you again.

I have been waiting weeks for delivery and it’s stuck in customs in the country it’s coming from actually the same city for weeks.
Stay away don’t purchase as you will never see your money or product.
Try take your money quick enough.
This service is a complete scam and a huge disappointment. Attempting to cancel the subscription is utterly IMPOSSIBLE. They continue to send a package monthly at $72 each, yet when I try to cancel, it appears there is no active subscription. My bank is informed about this fraudulent activity.
I purchased an initial product in August but found a better option elsewhere and tried to cancel in September. The support team gave me the runaround and barely responded to my emails. After sending more than a dozen messages, I finally managed to cancel in December. The customer service was terrible, unresponsive, and they never sent my last shipment that I had already paid for since I couldn't cancel. When I complained via email, I was accused of lying. Even after providing proof with pictures, they ignored me and never sent the remaining items. Avoid this service. There are better options available online.
I don't even know where to begin! I mistakenly ordered the product, thinking I could use it. To my shock, $54 was debited from my account without my consent. When I reached out for help, I was told I had signed up for a subscription, which I never did. This led to a frustrating exchange of emails to figure out how to return the item and get my money back. Now, I've been informed that I have to pay for the return shipping to receive a refund—what a surprise! I asked them to cancel all current and future orders, yet they have charged me again! I’m currently on hold trying to resolve this payment issue while still seeking my refund. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service; the entire experience has been dreadful and leaves me feeling utterly devastated.
This product is genuinely effective. I’ve previously tried ashwagandha pills with no results, but this blend actually makes a difference. I feel calmer, my sleep has improved, and I believe my waist looks slimmer. My sister just placed her order after noticing my positive changes.
