I purchased an initial product in August but found a better option elsewhere and tried to cancel in September. The support team gave me the runaround and barely responded to my emails. After sending more than a dozen messages, I finally managed to cancel in December. The customer service was terrible, unresponsive, and they never sent my last shipment that I had already paid for since I couldn't cancel. When I complained via email, I was accused of lying. Even after providing proof with pictures, they ignored me and never sent the remaining items. Avoid this service. There are better options available online.
