However, I tested it in different locations, and the adjustments remained the same. While the device appears well-made and shipping was satisfactory, I find it improperly calibrated. I reached out again but have not received a reply. I'm unsure if there's a manual recalibration option or if I should return it for a refund since it does not perform as expected.
