The business is extremely unprofessional the devise was faulty didn’t work hardly at all. They approved return and gave me an address to return the product to some home and not even a normal business. I got confirmation it was delivered, then they have now refused my refund because I won’t share the tracking number. They have the item and will not acknowledge this. Please do not support a con style business with deceptive sales and poor customer service. Next option is a Consumer Product report of junk.
Has anyone actually tried to return one of these.
Mine smells so bad that I have kept it outside. Also, there is no sound at any frequency. If I had hope of getting some money back it would be worth it to ship it somewhere . If no one has every received any refund then I will try and go through my credit card company.
I work with frequency healing and understand it well so was happy to find a frequency generator. Ordering was painless; delivery was within a week; I set mine to 528 and leave it on 24/7 moving it to wherever I am working/sleeping. Definitely sleeping and feeling better. Learning and focusing on breathwork whilst using it is a definite positive. Control life; control breath. Breath brings us naturally into healthy frequencies.

Initially, I was concerned it might be a scam since it took three weeks to arrive from overseas. I’ve been using it on silent mode throughout the night, and it has completely alleviated my long-standing insomnia; I sleep so soundly, it feels wonderful. I also use it during the day (still on silent mode) to help with arthritis pain and am optimistic about its effects. Despite reading many negative reviews that worried me while my order was on its way, I genuinely don’t understand their complaints. The device’s quality is absolutely excellent, it’s easy to operate, reasonably priced, and, most importantly, it really works. I've also reached out with several questions and received polite, helpful responses to all my emails. I strongly recommend this product!
I placed an order on 12/30/25 for 2 sets of a product. After inquiring about my order, I was met with numerous excuses due to their overwhelming number of orders. They upgraded my order as a 'compensation' and assured me they would provide updates promptly. However, I requested a tracking number and have yet to receive it! I haven't heard from them since. My confidence in this service is quickly diminishing. I have requested an immediate full refund.
I consistently set the tone to 432.00 hz, but pressing OK causes it to switch to 432.52 hz. Similar changes occur with other settings. I contacted the support team, who claimed my device is functioning correctly and the adjustments are normal due to a precision calibration system. However, after testing in different locations, the adjustments remained unchanged. While the device seems well-made and shipping was acceptable, I find it improperly calibrated. I'm not satisfied and have reached out again without a response. I'm unsure if a manual recalibration is possible or if I should return it for a refund, as it doesn't work as expected.

Considering the high volume of postal and courier traffic during the Christmas season, I didn't expect quick delivery. However, I reached out to the company and received prompt replies. Just four days later, my machine arrived. I'm looking forward to testing it out once I find my headphones!
