I would give zero stars if I could. I frequently order clothing online and usually don’t scrutinize return policies—this experience changed that. I purchased two pairs of 'leather' boots, but they aren't leather—I'm unsure what material they are. Maybe plastic? I want to return them, but the return policy is absurd. It states returns must be made within a specific number of hours—HOURS?? Contacting customer service takes over a day for an unclear response, followed by two days of back and forth, and still no return address. Ugh, never again. Save yourself the hassle.
